Emily Holbrook is currently the Director of Personal Markets in Planning and Sales. In this role, Emily is responsible for development and execution of an overarching strategy to drive planning and sales results in the Personal Markets, which include Young Personal Market, Established Market, Retirement Market, Medical Market, and Multicultural Markets.
Emily started at Northwestern Mutual in 2008 in Corporate Strategy. Focused on strategy development, planning and performance reporting, Emily has held a variety of leadership roles in Enterprise Solutions, Operations and Technology and Client Experience.
Emily received a bachelor’s degree and MBA focused on marketing and management from Marquette University. Emily and her husband, Josh, have two daughters - Alina (7) and Nora (5).
