Natalie Cooper is responsible for Strategy and Business Intelligence for New York Life’s Retail Annuities Business. In this role, Natalie uncovers insights and trends to help her counterparts in marketing, product, sales, and service make data-driven decisions. Natalie also supports the head of the business directly on a range of business- and strategy-related initiatives.
Prior to this role, Natalie was responsible for retirement marketing and led the annuity business’ marketing strategy at third party distribution partner firms. Natalie has experience in market research and was also the marketing manager for the company’s industry-leading guaranteed income annuity product line.
Natalie holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business with a specialization in Finance and Marketing and a BA in English from Binghamton University. Natalie holds a Series 6 license and the LOMA ALMI and ACS designations.
